To be clear: I do all 3 chosen by each person. So, 2 chose to slam toilet seat on balls 4 times. That will be 8 times total. 2 chose coat penis in toothpaste... I do it once, and later on after its washed off I do it again. Etc.
For rub genitals on next meal, if multiple votes come in between meals, then that's how many consecutive meals I have to do it.
