Put on a fresh diaper, and roll a 1d20 or generate a random number between 1 and 20. This is the number of times you must come in your diaper before you are allowed a change. If you are unable to come this many times before you need to change due to leaks, you can remove your diaper early, but you must then wear it on your face for five minutes.
