Okay let me adjust the last one: Once a week, strip naked (you can leave your footwear on) somewhere outdoors for one minute.
That should be safe even in cold-ish climate, and doesn't force you to go to public places either ^^
If that seems to easy you can for example extend the time and/or close your eyes for the minute.
