Your schedule starts at midnight, when you drink a cup of water.
You will pee at

2.00 - 2.02 and drink a glass of water
5.00 - 5.02 and drink two glasses of water
8.00 - 8.02 and drink a hot beverage of your own choice (2 cups at least)
At noon you drink another two cups of hot beverage
and as you are British, how about a cuppa around tea time (with a cucumber sandwich and cake).

Toilet time will resume at
19.00 sharp
and then at 23.57-0.00 to clean out the rest.

If you fail to follow this schedule (i.e. have to pee in between) it is on your kitchen floor, you will roll in it and leave everything dirty until the next day. You will also not clean yourself.
