Totally agree....the smallest titbit of info can be fairly useless...but depending on the amount of info, or the details, it does open up a whole new world of ideas, eg the blackmail you describe, or yes, just the chance of getting noticed as you walk down the street...or maybe by someone you work.with, or know personally.......would they say something....would they say or do nothing
...maybe they might just give you the tiniest wink, of acceptance ......
