How about?
After using the toilet you aren't allowed to clean up. So no toilet paper, just your panties directly. Or if you want to take it a step up, you have to pee through your panties. You can't wear them but have to use your hands to hold them in place.
And my second idea
On Sundays you aren't allowed to use the toilet at all. You can pee outside or you can use diapers, but no human toilet for you. And don't forget about your other dares, outside means no clothes on etc. while doing it.
