Record a video giving reviews (and showing it) of at least 5 substances regarding how much more uncomfortable they make your chastity. Treat it like you're simply reviewing a movie, except you're describing your own discomfort in as much detail as possible.
Possible substances include toothpaste, hot sauce, tiger balm, icyhot, things like that. I imagine that should make your chastity and year more exciting!
