Each time you use the stairs, you have to inject 0.1cc
Each time you use an elevator, you have to inject 0.2cc
Each time someone gives you a handshake, you have to inject 0.2cc.
Each time someone asks you for help, you have to inject 0.2cc
Each time someone offers you something to drink, you have to inject 0.5cc
