Looking to get fit (and some spanking)
Well hello there ^^
I had an account already but made a new one as I don't use my old nickname (Beapy) anymore.
I want to get a bit in shape but am really doing exercises regularly...
I'm too lazy.
So why not make it into a dare ^^
POSTING RULES
- Everyone can add up to 4 Tasks in one post.
If you post only one task, I'll do it 4 times
2 Taks = 2 times each task
TASKS
Exercises:
PLANK (5s for each mention)
SIDE PLANK (2s for each mention on each side)
PUSH-UP (5 rep for each mention)
SIT-UP (5 rep for each mention)
SQUATS (5 rep for each mention)
Spanks on ASS: (5 Slap for each mention)
RULER (plastic)
PADDLE
SPOON (wooden)
(no inner thigh anymore, cant handle it. will finish all 535 I have to do but not more XD)
CLAMPS (nipple clamps with bells for 1 minute during my next workout)
Recommend Key Words for the Exercises to have fun with Puns ^^
- Between each of your posts there has to be another post by a user that isn't me OR 6 hours
- you can add a RULE on every 10th post (10,20,30,...). Rules last 50 reps of something you choose or the next 100 reps of anything I do. You may add the Rule in a post before the next 10 is achieved.
- every 50th Post can give me a WEEKLY rule, which I have to follow for 1 week during my workouts. I'll have to do a workout at least every other day. If I don't you may punish me. You may add the Rule in a post before the next 50 is achieved.
- If you have any Ideas for exercises I should do, just tell me
- Rulebreaking (double posts, to many tasks,...) leads to a "severe" Punishment. a Report has to be given in this thread!
That's it for now, I hope I'll be able to stay fit during this second half lockdown ^^
