Loser does a seven step progression dare for the winner, where a dare is built by the winner sending the loser three options to choose from at a time. Each time, the loser chooses one, and the winner then sends three more options to choose from, until one long extreme dare is constructed. To make the dare more extreme, only one of the choices each round has to be within the losers limits.
