Smaller must sit on bench for 2min per inch difference (rounded up, so 2.1 inches difference = 6 minutes).
The bench must not be in a garden/on private property. While on the bench your dick must be out of your pants clearly visible to anyone walking by. If you for one reason or another have to pull your pants up you must re-do the dare but with double time difference.
