Strip naked (evidently, all dares start or end up naked). Keep a pair of scissors within reach.
Wrap your legs and lower torso in cling film and put everything together with the duct tape. Both arms stay free
Drink one liter of water.
Blindfold yourself and gag yourself.
Throw the scissors at least 3 meter away from you (or at least try to, no cheating). Then spin around five times to desorient yourself. Now find the scissors before your bladder gives out.
