Take a pile of chocolate eggs. Now start playing a game like Four in a Row or Battleships. Loser has to take an egg up the ass. Everything stays in until you reach a preset goal, like 10 games or 10 games won by one player.

Variations include pencils (stretching the asshole a little more with each loss) or a series of objects bevoming worse each time (pencil, replaced by a radish, replaced by a carrot, ...)
