For this version you will start by cleaning your ass out thoroughly. Each time you edge while cleaning yourself out will get you an Advantage Point. Follow along with the yoga as best you can. When your timer goes off read one of the 'Challenges' below, if you made any mistakes. Read a 'Punishment' if you fall over or if you lose a marshmallow or can't complete the two minutes for any reason. Order you choose isn't important.

You finish the game by making it to the end of the video or by completing all the challenges. If you need to round a number, round up, for example half of 5 is 3. Make sure to clean your ass well after completing the dare. Marshmallows are safe and will disolve in warm water if you have trouble removing them. Marshmallows are known to be hard to keep in your ass so that is an extra challenge.
If you cannot or will not use marshmallows, you can use a certain amount of enema to substitute. If you bottle is the right size that will work. 15 enemas/marshmallows should be the maximum so make the enemas size with that in mind.
