1.) Loser must fully crossdress in the most humiliating outfit they have.
2.) Must be wearing high heels
3.) Must also wear wig and HEAVY makeup
4.) Collar locked on, key at home
5.) Must be done during the day
6.) must always be on a man made surface [pavement, AstroTurf, etc...] so no woods unless on a trail
7.) Must spend at least 1 hour fully out in view of anyone looking (outside of your car, does not have to be a continuous hour, but total time must equal at least one hour)
8.) must write degrading words on your body while in public [may find a semi public place to do this]
