I dare you to put in a pencil dcovered in icyhot and leave it there until the icyhot stops hurting. If it falls out you have to do it again. But add a pencil each time. You arn't allowed to hold it in.
Nothing bigger than hairbrush width. Make it totally unnoticable to other people though.
