By the way once or twice I have accidentally touched my cock when dressing or using the bathroom. In order to help me learn absolute no touch I feel there should be some punishment for that.
I am thinking three days butt plugged (not including sleep time) any time I accidentally touch, and with each time it should go up by two days. Would that be suitable? Let me know what you think...
