Your time windows:
05:30 - 05:35
11:00 - 11:03
14:00 - 14:03
17:00 - 17:03
21:00 - 21:01.
You'd netter get up early and use the window at 05:30, because you will drink one litre of water before 11:00 and another one before 17:00. Furthermore drink another 200ml right after each window. Piss that leaves your body at any other moment than the given ones must either be drunk or wet your pants.
