Put on a diaper, when it gets full, slit this diaper and add one over it.
When this outside diaper gets full, slit and add a third diaper.
Whe the 4th diaper gets soaked, you can change and clean up.
I found it helpful to have plastic pants over the diaper.
Bonus, with four very wet diapers under pants take a walk in public
