~oooh~ bouldering is fun. A different exercise if you allow it that should help with it:

Warrior III yoga pose. Hold it for 30(or less if you can hold it) seconds before going back to neutral position and switching foot https://www.yogajournal.com/poses/warrior-iii-pose

It should help with balance one one foot.
