Winner and loser play a game of battleship. The loser of this round has to do a penalty of the winners choice.
(Tell location of 3 ships for example).
This declares an overall loser. They keep playing until the winner loses. Once that happens the loser owes the winner as many forfeits as games he lost. The ship location stands for these games as well
