1: Loser can not pee for however long boomer chooses.
2. Don't remove your underwear before peeing.
3. Looser must drink a glass of water every 15 minutes until they are allowed to pee.
4. Loser must run the faucet for 5 minutes after each glass of water. If you make it through, have another glass of water each time as a prize.
