1. Tie your feet together with duck tape
2. Get naked (pants at ankles otherwise naked)
3. Make crotchrope out of duck tape
4. Attach the crotch rope to your feet bindings (hogtie)
5. bite into carrot (hold it in your mounth as a gag)
