and choose "list" with a list of that many rows, with one number in each row (1, 2, 3, ... 9, 10, 11...), set the time to 20 minutes and post the link to this random picker here in this forum. Also use the randomizer to pick out a time duration (5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 60) seconds that is. Post the link to that as well with a time delay of 20 minutes and wait...
Then, as soon as you can find the time, flash like in the picture with the number counted from the top in this forum, hold the pose in public in the time duration the randomizer picked for you!
