How about a simple one..
Everytime you get a rule or task on this thread you are to snap a rubberband on your clit and each nipple 5 times.
And a not so simple one..
Everytime you shower, you should be plugged and gagged, and to drip dry afterwards. Count how long you were in the shower (in minutes) then edge that many times while you drip dry.
