#1. You must eat a popsicle or banana, whichever is available, outside completely naked whilst on a lawn chair or just sitting on the ground, you can choose whether you'd like to be in your backyard or in the night.
#2. You must drink a full bottle of water naked while in your living room or another area where people come and go.
