well wear girls pants and go out in to a very public place like a high street or super market and shit your self on the street make sure that you fill your pants now walk around do shoping and what ever els you need to do their and then after an hour or more go to a public toilet and clean your self up abit
now wear the same pants home and leave them in your mouth for at lease 10 mins before washing them
for my dare my limits are ( No Body els must know about it, i cant leave home and cant take toooo long ) but please try and make it fun dirty and disgusting
