After shower, you are to kneel in the shower, hands on head, knees as wide apart as possible, ass cannot touch legs or feet entire time (kneel up straight), eyes closed, and drip dry (concentrate on water dripping down your body, between your cheeks, down your torso....). No using a towel to dry off. After you are "dry", release pee while still kneeling.

Meant to specify, kneel at least 15 minutes drying; should be enough time, but if not, ok to remain kneeling longer!
