Yes, slave can absolutely head into negative point territory, sort of.
The goal is to earn 100 points across the week, so slave kind of starts on -100 and is aiming to reach zero. If she were to have an orgasm today, she would lose 50 points. As she's already earned 11 points, the 50 point loss would effectively mean slave would need to earn an additional 139 points to meet her objective.
