Lay 10 pairs of your undies in a circle and play spin the bottle to see which ones you have to wear. If you’re home alone, then wear only the undies around the house all day. Every hour you have to say “I love wedgies” out loud. If you’re leaving the house, give yourself a wedgie and leave it in while you’re gone.
