Make yourself some pants out of bin liners when you're food disposal (equivalent/garbage but check for sharp objects) is full. When it is empty it into your stylish new pants!! Wear for an hour, afterwards you can either take them off and refrain from any sexual activity for 24 hours or cum in them straight away and keep them on for another hour.
