OK. Before you go to bed, not later than 11 pm, you put all your clothes and towel in the lockable bag the key to which goes in the time lock box till 7 am next day. So you sleep and spend the night naked and if you have to use the bathroom during the night you do that naked too.
This either a one off or a regular every night routine - whatever you dare!
