-You have to walk on a gravel or pebble path 3 days a week 30mins each
-Also you have to roll a dice (6 sided) everyday and depending on what you roll:
1-50 hard snaps withe rubber bands on each sole
2-30 medium hits with a cane or wooden spoon on each sole
3-30 hard hits with an electric cord(phone charging cable) on each sole
4-cover soles with hot wax
5-50 hard hits with a belt
6-wax on/wax off: cover the soles with wax then get them off with the belt and roll again
