Make sure that you do your essential shopping in barefeet and also your daily exercise should be a muddy run. If you come back with clean feet then your husband will cane your soles 20 times on each sole and then send you out in the garden for more barefooted exercise of his choice. If you come home with dirty feet then you will show your husband then scrub them clean with a stiff brush and only cold water no soap. Make sure there clean or PM me for another punishment. Enjoy
