Since you are seeking to expand your knowledge of your limits, I suggest you shit your pants and leave them on for 3 hrs. Remove them and smash it in your face. Soak undies in toilet and flush holding on so you don't lose them/clog the drain. Wring them out thoroughly so that they won't drip. Put them back on as well as your clothes. Do not clean for 30 minutes.
