Boop! You should do a shoulder wedgie in whatever pair of undies you can, and perform 50 jumping squats. Squat down as low and as slow as you can, and then explode up bringing your knees up as high as you can. After you are done put yourself in a jock lock wedgie and do 100 push ups, doesn't have to be in a row, but you cannot get out of the wedgie until you have done 100
