Wear your latex swimming socks for 48 hours non-stop, turn them inside out and stuff them in your mouth (or at least one of them). Wrap PVC tape around your head over your mouth. Also add wraps that go vertically, from under your chin across the cheek bones up to the top of your head and back down. Do several of those wraps.
