Ok, for you strip naked right befor you go to bed and stick a pen up you ass after then pen is in you ass go get a cup of water as cold as you can get it freezing cold in other words. Then put the water in your ass. Sleep like that you have to sleep on your back and sleep naked with pen in ass. Hope the water dosent get on your bed not!
