1. Wear and use a double diaper (slits cut in the inner one) for twelve hours.
2. Poop in the diaper and stay in the messy diaper for at least two hours before clean up
3. Drink 4 big glasses of water when you start.
4. Roll a die four hours after starting: 1-3 means drink four more big glasses of water, 4-5 means take a single ex-lax tablet, 6 means take 30ml of caster oil.
5. Drink 2 baby bottles of baby formula per hour.
6. eat 2 jars of baby food
7. Suck on pacifier when not eating or drinking.
