1. Wear and use a diaper
2. dress like a baby girl
3. Drink two glasses of water to start, and a glass of water every hour, stay like that for 12 hours, and no changes allowed unless another rule allows it.
4. Poo in your diaper twice in the twelve hours and only eat baby formula, then lick the diaper
5. Use a sippy cup/bottle for any drinks consumed & any videos/shows watched must be from something like Netflix Kids or kids channels.
