1. Tie your balls to your bed, crawl forward until you can't take it anymore then hold for 5 minutes. While holding slap 50 times
2.take a shoelace and bind your balls seperate from eachother and bind each ball to a different foot en walk around in your room for 2min
3. Don't untie them yet... Tie a container with an open top (bucket preferably) and get in the shower for 7 minutes
4. While in the shower use a rubber band to snap each ball 5 times each minute.
5. 50 smacks with toothpaste on your hand.
