For breakfast eat a big bowel of oatmeal and a banana.
When you need to go, you may use the toilet but must leave your underwear on. Now clean the toilet cover up without using your hands or arms
Afterwords you may put the toilet cover down so you can sit on it. You may now put your pants back on. In a hour you can clean yourself up.
