You're going to insert that giant plug five times. The first time, hold it in for 2 minutes, then take a break for up to 10 minutes by replacing it with your regular plug. Then, again for 4 minutes, then 6, then 8, and finally 10 minutes. If you can't make it for any of the times, start the whole process over.
