The Bedroom

Dare 1: Time to Get Up - An early start is important
Throw one 6 sided dice and follow the instructions according to your number:
1. You must wake up no later than 8am and can get up immediately.

Dare 2: Time to Relax - Relaxing in your room is essential to your day
Throw 2 dice and follow the instructions according to your number:
10. Your relaxation activity is internet browsing. You must go onto wikipedia and use the random article option. For every vowel in the article name you must spank yourself hard 3 times on your bare buttocks with your hand, the total number of spanks is also multiplied by the number of words in the title. E.g. Linzey Cocker - i + e + o + e = 12 spanks multiplied by 2 words = 24 spanks. You must then read the whole article in detail. Do this once per day. If you dont have access to a computer in your room then roll again.

Dare 3: Getting changed - Private or public?
Throw 1 dice and follow the instructions according to your number:
4. If you get changed during the day at home you must get changed with the doors open and the curtains/blinds open but can use a towel to cover yourself.

Dare 4: When it comes to underwear... - what will it be?
Throw 2 dice to decide what type of bottoms you must wear during the day:

Dare 5: Bedtime - It's important for a good slave to get a good nights sleep.
Throw 1 dice and wear whatever your number tells you to when you go to bed:
5. A nappy/diaper or very childish and colourful pajamas. If unavailable throw again. (if you do this you must wet yourself during the night if you feel the need to pee)

Now throw again to determine your bedtime:

The Bathroom

Dare 6: When you gotta go you gotta go - or do you?
Throw 1 dice and follow the instructions according to your number:
2. You may use the toilet a maximum of 3 times per day.


Dare 7: Let the river flow - Wee wee time
Throw 1 dice and follow the instrusctions every time you have to pee:
3. You must pee sitting down and must have the door unlocked.

Dare 8: Desperate for a dump - hard and long or soft and squidgy?
Throw 1 dice and follow the instructions every time you have to poo:
6. You may sit on the toilet with the seat down and go normally.

Now throw to decide how many pieces of paper you are allowed to use to wipe:
1. 5 squares only

Dare 9: Shower time - Refreshing or distressing?
First throw 1 dice to decide how often you may take a shower:
2. Once every 2 days

Next throw 1 dice to decide what you will wear in the shower:
5. Underwear and t-shirt

Next throw 1 dice to decide how you must shower:
2. You must shower on your hands and knees

Dare 10: Dental Hygene - You need good teeth to pull!
Throw 1 dice and follow the instructions each time you brush your teeth:
4. You may brush normally

The Kitchen

Dare 11: Breakfast time - Important for a good start
Throw 1 dice to decide what type of breakfast you must have:
4. You must have a childrens cereal

Dare 12: Lunch time - Best meal of the day!
Throw 1 dice to decide what you must do each time you have lunch:
5. You must eat your lunch sitting on the floor.

Dare 13: Dinner time - Yummy!
Throw 1 dice to decide what you must do e1. You must eat your dinner standing up.
2. You must eat your dinner from a bowl on the floor using only your mouth.

The Garden

Dare 14: Fresh Air - It's good to get out once in a while.
Throw 1 dice to determine an outdoor activity you must do once per day:
6. You must spend 5 minutes hugging and making out with a tree.

Finally

Dare 15: Commitment - can you stick it?
Throw 2 dice to decide how long you will need to keep up these rules:
5. 3 days
