Yes i have. In showers after gym/work etc. And a few skinnydips XD.

How did that happen and what happened?
Again, at gym showers. And nude beaches.

Do you look for opportunities to strip down?

Have you seen someone else naked in public? Or a friend who had to get naked for some reason not including sexual reasons.
Only while skinnydipping with friend(s) or at the nude beach.
