1) Nipple clamps on 1 minute per line
2) 2 rubber band snaps per line to each nipple
3) Twist nipple clamps 90° for 10 seconds every minute
4) give the nipple clamps a tug every 2 minutes
5) Before clamping, rub something abrasive (like dry toothbrush, sandpaper) on your nipples for 30 seconds each
6) flick the clamps 5 times after putting them on and 20 times before taking them off at the end
7) 1 hit with a wooden spoon to each nipple for every line
8) after each hit from the wooden spoon pull and twist your clamps
