In a strange way the thought of it excites me too. Giving or receiving personal data can perhaps make the game more exciting and add some fun.
Even though I don't have that much experience with it yet, I think a lot of the thrill is in the mind and may not be as exciting in reality.
Of course you have to trust the person you give your personal info too, or handle other people's info's gently.
