Well, the entire concept is unhealthy. The bacteria present in human feces is deadly. General soap, body wash and shampoo are not enough to kill the bacteria present. And no, hand sanitizer isn't either. The sheer amount present is staggering. For example, if a portion of the bacteria were to get in your blood stream, it's fatal. And uh...what happens to stuff you eat? Goes into your blood stream. What happens to stuff that gets on your skin, especially moisture? It's gets in your blood stream. It may take some time, but it happens. And act of smearing it on your body or ingesting it is unhealthy and unsanitary. Not to mention there are other things, diseases,etc, that can be transferred in this matter. And FYI, say someone has a disease that you already have, I hope you realize that whenever someone gets any kind of illness, it changes slightly. There are multiple strains of everything, however slightly different, so it's possible to contract something you already have. I highly suggest you don't partake in something such as this.
