OK so times up held it for roughly 30 mins. It wasn't super challenging with the plug in, but it was still somewhat of a struggle. As long as I wasn't moving it was fine but once I did move I just felt the huge need to release.
Also the 5 jumping Jacks werent that bad. It was only 5. I did fell the water swish in my belly which was interesting. The second I deflated the plug, the plug and water just shot out. Oh it felt great to finnaly release it.
