Look up yawcam dot com - it's software that uses your webcam and can 'stream' it online.
The good:
- Free.
- You have full control.
- It streams right on your computer (no third-party website) so there's no TOS worries, you can show anything.
The bad:
- Not the most user-friendly interface, but the help file is decent.
- For people to view you'll need to share your IP address and set up port forwarding in your router.
I've used this before, it's exciting.
